What is Lal Chand Eco Heights?
Lal Chand Eco Heights is a gated, multi-tower apartment community opposite Kargil Petrol Pump at Hurhuru, on the Ranchi–Patna Road (NH-33) in Hazaribagh. Samriddhi Infraworks Private Limited is the developer. The brochure calls it the “perfect address of happiness”, and the plan backs that up with space: 67% of the site is left open for lawns, courts and gardens.
Each floor of a block holds eight homes: two 2 BHK flats and six 3 BHK flats. Floors run from the 1st to the 12th above a ground level given over to the club, pools and central garden, with cars parked in a basement below. Slab heights are 11 ft from slab top to slab top, which gives taller rooms than most city apartments.
All flats are Vaastu compliant. Select homes on the 1st, 3rd and odd upper floors open onto double-height terraces of 30 to 203 sq ft, an uncommon feature in Hazaribagh.
The project is pre-certified Platinum by the Indian Green Building Council. That rating shapes everything from the windows to the water: rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant, dual plumbing and a solar plant for common-area power are all part of the design.

What does IGBC pre-certified Platinum mean for residents?
It means the building is designed to use less water and electricity, and to be healthier to live in, than a conventional apartment block. The Indian Green Building Council pre-certified Lal Chand Eco Heights at its highest level, Platinum, in April 2023.
Water security
Enhanced rainwater harvesting recharges the ground, a sewage treatment plant cleans waste water, and dual plumbing sends that recycled water to flushing and landscaping. Drip irrigation keeps the gardens green with less. Together they reduce the society’s dependence on tankers in summer.
Lower common-area bills
