What data we collect

Data you give us

When you fill in an enquiry, site-visit, brochure or register-interest form, we collect:

• your name;
• your mobile number;
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• the project you are interested in;
• any message you write; and
• a record that you ticked the consent box, with the date and the page you used.

We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Cookies and analytics

The website works without cookies. If you choose Allow on our cookie banner, we load:

• Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). IP addresses are not shown to us.
• Google Ads conversion tracking, which uses cookies to tell us whether an advertisement led to an enquiry, a phone call click or a WhatsApp click.

If you choose Decline, or ignore the banner, neither tool is loaded. We do not currently use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any other advertising tracker. If we add one, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. Your choice is stored in your browser; clearing your browser storage resets it.

Maps are not loaded until you press Load interactive map. When you do, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Why we use your data

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits;
• to send you the brochure, floor plans, price sheets and project updates you asked for;
• to follow up by phone, WhatsApp or email about the project you enquired about; and
• with your consent to analytics, to understand and improve the website and our advertising.

We rely on your consent for this processing. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other developers or brokers.

Who processes your data for us

• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our email inbox;
• Google, for Gmail (our business email), and for Analytics and Ads only if you allow cookies;
• our website hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs for security; and
• our sales team, who contact you about your enquiry and are bound to keep your details confidential.

Some of these providers may store data outside India, subject to the transfer rules under the DPDP Act.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless you buy a home from us (in which case records are kept as long as the law requires) or you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (14 months).

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• withdraw your consent and ask us to erase your data;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
• raise a grievance with us, and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To make a request, including a deletion request, email samriddhiinfraworkspvtltd@gmail.com with the subject “Data request” and the phone number or email you used. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS. Form data is sent over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it.

Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy
