About Samriddhi Infraworks, residential builders in Hazaribagh

Samriddhi Infraworks Private Limited is a real estate developer based at Katchari Chowk, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. It builds residential apartments for families in the city. Its flagship, Lal Chand Eco Heights on NH-33, is IGBC pre-certified Platinum, and its next project, Arham Enclave, is in planning.

Our story

Who is Samriddhi Infraworks?

Samriddhi Infraworks Private Limited (SIWPL) is a Hazaribagh company building homes for Hazaribagh families. Our office is at Katchari Chowk, opposite Mayuri Regency Hotel, a short drive from our project site at Hurhuru. Buyers can meet the team, see the documents and walk the site in a single morning.

Our flagship project, Lal Chand Eco Heights, sets the standard we want to be known for. It was designed as a green building from the start and received IGBC pre-certification at the Platinum level in April 2023. Two-thirds of the site is open space, and every flat is Vaastu compliant.

Our next project, Arham Enclave, applies the same thinking to a smaller G+5 building, with large 3 BHK homes and a shared terrace amenity deck.

Construction standards

How do we build?

These standards come from our project specifications and architects’ drawings.

  • Earthquake-resistant RCC frame

    Lal Chand Eco Heights uses an RCC framed structure designed to IS Code 2016, with anti-termite treatment in the foundation. Arham Enclave’s drawings specify an RCC frame with the foundation taken down to hard strata.

  • AAC block walls

    Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are lighter than clay brick and insulate better, which keeps rooms cooler and reduces the load on the structure.

  • Generous ceiling heights

    An 11 ft slab-to-slab height at Lal Chand Eco Heights gives rooms more volume, better air movement and space for fans and lights to sit well.

  • Branded fittings

    Sanitaryware by Jaquar, Kohler or Duravit; switches by Legrand or Schneider; lifts by Mitsubishi, Kone or Schindler, or equivalent makes, as listed in the specification.
