Plans, areas and specifications

Floor plans, unit areas, room dimensions and specifications are taken from the project brochure and architects’ drawings. They are tentative and may change at the sole discretion of the developer and/or architects, or as required by the approving authorities. Areas described as saleable or super built-up include a share of common areas; the carpet area of each flat will be stated in the agreement for sale. Arham Enclave is a proposed project and its details are subject to approval.

RERA

RERA registration details for our projects are available on request. Please verify any project on the Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority website before you make a booking.

Green building certification

Lal Chand Eco Heights was pre-certified Platinum by the Indian Green Building Council under the IGBC Green Homes Rating System in April 2023 (registration GH 220333). Pre-certification is based on the design. Final certification is awarded after completion and verification. Ask our team for the current status.

Distances to schools, hospitals, transport and other landmarks are approximate, taken from the project brochure, and may vary by route.

Prices, offers and returns

Prices are shared by our sales team on request and are subject to change. Stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance and other charges are payable in addition. We do not promise or guarantee any return on investment or appreciation in value.
